Applications to the Braintree Sixth Form are made using our online application form.
Although many courses are very oversubscribed we do sometimes have spaces which become available for some combinations of subjects, when a student drops out.IB Applications

Completing the Form
Before starting on this form please read it through and check that you have the right information to hand. You cannot save the form. If you have the right information before you start it will only take you about 10 minutes to complete this form.
Key information that you will need before you start:
- Contact details for you and your parents – including accurate email addresses as we will communicate with applicants by email.
- Accurate email and phone contact details for your Head of Year/Head of House
- You will need to be clear what IB subjects you want to apply for. If not then please look back at the website or prospectus before starting.
- You will need to have answers prepared for the 5 additional information sections below. Try to answer as fully as possible. We recommend that you work out your answers in advance and write them in another programme. You can then cut and paste the answers into the form when you complete it. Please try to complete all sections.

- Why have you chosen to apply to the Braintree Sixth Form in particular?
- What career or university plans or ideas do you have?
- Which clubs or activities do you attend?
- Details of any awards that you have gained or positions of responsibility that you have held.
