We will not process applications found to contain false information, so please take care. If we are oversubscribed we will be making offers based on your 8 best predicted GCSEs.

Please choose a minimum of 3 subjects and a maximum of 4 subjects. You may only choose 1 subject from any block.
* The Tottenham Hotspur programme is only timetabled in Block A. Please include it as an option choice if you wish to be considered for the programme.

When you are ready to submit, please confirm the accuracy of your information by ticking the declaration below and then press SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION. This will submit your application to the Sixth Form. You will receive an email to confirm that the form has been sent.
